At Horizon Linguistique, the protection of personal data is at the core of our development and security strategy. As a training organization, we process sensitive information relating to our trainees, instructors, and partners. We are fully committed to strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés).
Although the organization does not have a dedicated full-time Data Protection Officer (DPO), this responsibility is assumed by the management team, which ensures the continuous implementation of security procedures.
Our concrete compliance measures
To ensure full transparency and optimal security, Horizon Linguistique has implemented the following measures:
- Data Mapping and Processing Register: We have precisely identified where data is stored (secure servers), the categories of individuals with access (administration, management), and established recovery protocols in case of incidents.
- Data Minimization Principle: We collect only the data strictly necessary for delivering training, administrative management (invoicing, attendance records), and pedagogical follow-up.
- Data Subject Rights: A direct contact point is available for trainees and stakeholders to exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, or data portability through a simple written request.
- Confidentiality Charter for Instructors: Each trainer or subcontracted consultant (notably Mr. ALA-EDDINE or Ms. TRAORE) is bound by a strict confidentiality clause regarding trainee and client company information.
- Awareness and Security Culture: All staff and service providers are trained in digital best practices (use of strong passwords, workstation locking, secure storage of professional documents).
- HR and Supplier Process Security: We apply limited retention periods for CVs and registration documents of instructors. Data related to unsuccessful recruitment processes is deleted after 2 years, in accordance with CNIL recommendations.
- Secure Hosting: Organizational data is hosted on certified infrastructures offering high availability and security guarantees (such as OVH or equivalent servers with redundant backup protocols).
Image Rights and Intellectual Property
In accordance with our contractual provisions, any use of the image of instructors or trainees for communication purposes (website, social media) is subject to explicit consent, which can be withdrawn at any time, and cannot be used for commercial purposes unrelated to Horizon Linguistique.
Management Commitment
Horizon Linguistique firmly commits to protecting the integrity and confidentiality of personal data belonging to its clients, trainees, and collaborators. Regular audits are conducted to ensure that our processes remain compliant with legal developments and the requirements of the Qualiopi certification framework.
